Staying Fit Whilst Having Fun


Staying fit is extremely important for our health, however it's not always fun.

Islejump provides an alternative way to carry out exercise AND you can enjoy it at the same time!


We hold our fitness classes on:

Tuesdays 7pm to 8pm

Thursdays 7pm to 8pm


providing the perfect way to stay healthy and build strength and stamina. These classes are suitable for people over the age of sixteen.


If you have children over the age of 8 you can bring them along to have a bounce during the fitness class for only £5.00


Each class lasts 45 minutes and contains different activities every week – there's no chance of getting bored! At the end you will get 15 minutes of 'free bouncing'.

The classes are £7 per session (you will get a pair of socks on your first visit).


Please make sure you arrive a few minutes early in order to complete the relevant paperwork.


What are the benefits to exercise?

An hour on the trampolines can burn over 800 calories. You would have to jog for three times longer to get anywhere near that.

Bouncing is also better for your joints than running or other ground based exercises (imagine your feet hitting hard concrete as opposed to a soft elastic). The impact on your limbs is reduced by over 70%, whilst increasing your overall strength and agility.
