  • Can I buy food and beverages in the islejump park?
  • Yes, we have a designated area with a cafe open at all times. Please note that food and drink cannot be brought onto the islejump platform.

  • Are we allowed to bring in outside food or beverage?
  • Only food and beverages bought in the park can be consumed.

  • Do you have lockers?
  • We have lockers to use inside the park, where you can secure your belongings whilst jumping. The lockers are free to use. Please secure cell phones, iPods, keys, and any other items that can cause injury or be lost or broken whilst jumping.

  • Are pets allowed in the park?
  • No pets allowed - service dogs are welcome.


  • Do I need to make reservations?
  • To avoid disappointment, reservations are HIGHLY recommended, in order to guarantee your spaces at islejump, especially if you are looking to visit on a weekend or during a school holiday when the park will be busy.

  • Do we need ID to jump?
  • Personal identification may be requested if asked.

  • Do we need to come as a group or can I jump on my own?
  • You are welcome to visit us on your own or as a group. If you are looking at booking a group of 10 or more as a single booking, you would need to contact us via telephone or book through our secure online system.

  • Is there an admission fee for people who are not jumping?
  • No, there is no admission fee. We also have various seating/cafe areas for all visitors to use while in the park.

  • What is the age range for jumping?
  • Islejump is suitable for ages 5 and above. (We do offer Parent and Toddler time, click here for more details)

  • What is your cancellation policy?
  • All online bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the jumping time.

    A refund will only be given in the event of islejump failing to adhere to the service contract of agreement at time of booking.


  • Do you offer group rates?
  • Group rates may be offered on a situational basis. Please contact us for more details.

  • How can I make a group booking?
  • If you would like to make a group booking, call us on 01983 400444
    (please note that group bookings cannot be made online).

  • Is islejump suitable for corporate events?
  • Yes, islejump is a great venue for corporate team building, brainstorming sessions or office get-togethers. The surrounding activities are creatively stimulating and are great for team building.

  • Can I sit down on the islejump court?
  • No, if you need to rest, please exit the trampoline area and find the nearest sitting area.

  • Can two people jump on the same trampoline?
  • Double jumping is strictly not allowed in order to prevent injury.

  • Can we wear shoes or socks?
  • All jumpers must purchase special islejump grip socks with rubber soles prior to jumping. No other footwear is permitted on the trampolines.

  • Do injuries happen?
  • Islejump implements the latest technology and safety engineering to ensure that your jumping experience is as safe as possible. Like any vigorous sporting activity, injuries can occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor.  A recent study of trampoline parks across the US found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Trampoline Parks have a better safety rate than any competitive sport; even safer than bowling! Following our safety rules (Click Here ) will dramatically decrease your chance of injury.

  • Is it safe?
  • Unlike home trampolines, with our specially designed, spring loaded frame your landings will be much softer. All frames and springs are covered by 2 inch thick safety pads. With 360 degrees of trampoline walls and court monitors, there's no falling off our trampolines. All bouncers must watch the IATP safety video prior to jumping and follow court monitor instructions.

  • Is there an age limit?
  • The minimum age is 5 years for the normal sessions. (We do however offer family fun sessions - Click Here) If you are 12 or under, we recommend that you come during a slower time of the day (typically, although not always, weekdays or weekend mornings).

  • Is there any induction?
  • Yes, everyone must watch a three-minute induction video prior to jumping.

  • What is the weight limit?
  • There is a weight limit of 21 stone (133kg).

  • What should I wear when bouncing?
  • We recommend comfortable, athletic clothing, but feel free to jump in everyday clothes. Please keep in consideration that we are a family friendly environment. Refrain from wearing hats, hoods, belts and hooped earrings, and remember to empty your pockets before jumping.


  • Can siblings/aunts/uncles/grandparents sign for a minors waiver?
  • No, only a LEGAL parent/guardian can sign for someone under 18. Remember this is a legal document, there are NO exceptions.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver before heading to the islejump park?
  • Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver from the jump park that they are jumping at. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. Waivers can be downloaded and filled in on the local website of the specific location you are visiting.

  • If I have created a waiver once do I need to create one again?
  • Our general rule is that valid/legible waivers are kept on file. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed. It's always a good idea, if there is any doubt, to sign a new one or phone ahead to see if your waiver remains valid.

  • What if a child under 18 comes without a parent?
  • Every participant under age 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If they arrive without one, they will not be able to join in the fun!

    Parents can submit the waiver online. When this is complete, it will be sent to our database and we can put you through reception when you arrive.
